    La Maison Madran is the perfect spot to discover our Gaspésie, at your rhythm, enjoying the comfort and privacy of your home. With or without packages, the owners will reserve you the typical gaspesian welcoming, as Petite-Vallée can offer it. 
     
    The house, overlooking the sea, offers an antique and warming country-house ambiance. The 100-year-old house has a spacious dinning room, windows-open on the sea, where can sit more than 10 people. All rooms were decorated by madame Madran, whom painted her-self most of the paintings. Bedrooms are confortable, kitchen is fully equipped and two bathrooms (with washer et dryer machines) will accommodate families and groups. 
     
    The backyard is spacious enough for kids to run around as well as BBQ and picnic table. It also offers a direct access to the seashore, two-minute walk and accessible by car.
     
    All of our houses are SMOKE FREE. Ashtrays are available outside. Thanks for smoking away of doors and windows. Extra cleaning free will apply if smokes is perceptible inside. 
     
    Dogs and cats are allowed: extra 100 $ applies. Thanks for keeping dogs out of beds and sofas. Thanks for keeping their claws cut. Faeces have to be disposed in the outside garbage bin. A waterproof blanket (you owned) must be placed under pee pad and litter tray to protect the floor. Pad and litter tray must be disposed in outside trash bin before departure. 
     
    If you rather rent a house where pets are not allowed, visite our web site. Maison sur Mer, Chez madame Lola and Chez madame Moineau are pet free.
     
    Upon arrival, please read the information guide which informs you about equipments and departure process. 
     
    Few equipments are available only on demand: raclette grill, stove fondue, burner and cooking pot for lobster/corn. 
     
    You have small kids and don't want to take along beds, high chair and baby seat: call us !
