Access to the site and exhibition
Explore all of our buildings, which tell the story of Franquelin's old-time lumber camps between 1920 and 1950. Marvel at tons of tools, photos, and absolutely fascinating objects. Each building welcomes you with a bilingual interpretive panel. Come and experience the ingenuity, tenacity, and courage of the pioneers from the North Shore and Franquelin. Stroll around the site, and sit down at a picnic table to enjoy a local dish. All this in a fabulous setting! Allow 30 minutes to 2 hours to browse the collection. A presentation video will be provided upon arrival. With luck, you might run into our national Ginette, a skilled volunteer guide so proud of her village!
Hourly:
Visit the collection and buildings from Monday to Sunday between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.
By reservation: group visits, group meals, special group activities, rental of the bakery and the site and ready-to-camp
