Located in Saint-Fabien-sur-Mer, this period cottage offers warm and charming accommodation. With its four bedrooms, it can comfortably accommodate guests. The building is ideally located just 30 meters from the beach, offering breathtaking views of the Anse à Mercier in the St. Lawrence River. A small park and a pétanque court separate the waters from the cottage, allowing guests to fully enjoy the natural beauty of the surroundings.

The cottage features a full bathroom upstairs and a toilet/shower downstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped to meet all of visitors' culinary needs. The living room is equipped with a cable TV and Wi-Fi for entertainment and connectivity. Two bedrooms are furnished with single beds, while two other bedrooms, including the master, have a double bed. Outside, visitors can enjoy a picnic table, private parking, and a clothesline for added convenience.

The accommodation does not provide bedding, so visitors are recommended to bring their own sheets and blankets. (+bath towels) The rate is $899.00 plus taxes per week, it is possible to book online. The minimum stay is 7 nights and the service is available in low season only from May 3 to June 21 and from September 6 to November 1, 2025.
