About this policy
Réservation Québec is a tourism portal powered by RéservPro. This policy explains how information is handled when you browse listings, use Aria, submit a partnership enquiry or make a booking. For privacy questions or requests, contact info@creationwizard.net.
Information collected and its purposes
Depending on the features used, we process your contact and account details, travel criteria, participants and information required for bookings, along with messages to Aria or our team. The partnership form collects your business name, contact details and project information. This information is used to provide the requested service and respond to you. Technical logs may include your IP address, requested pages, date and browser information for operation and security.
Bookings, businesses and payments
Information required for a booking is shared with the relevant business and the technical services processing it. The business and payment provider have their own terms for their respective processing. Review the information in the booking flow before confirming. Never enter card numbers or passwords in Aria or a contact form.
Aria and personalization
Aria uses your messages to help you. Conversations may be stored in RéservPro systems and sent to the AI provider needed to generate a response. Avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive information. Personalized account suggestions have a separate setting in Aria where available; cookie preferences do not replace that setting. An Aria suggestion is not a confirmed booking.
External services and location
Google maps and reviews load only after you allow external maps. Google reCAPTCHA protects forms and may analyse technical information to detect abuse. Google services are also governed by their own policies. If you request a nearby search, precise geolocation requires your browser permission. Hosting, communication, payment and AI services may process information outside Québec.
Retention and protection
Retention depends on the type of information, the requested service and applicable obligations, including those for booking records. A deletion request may be limited by a retention requirement. Messages and enquiries are accessible to people and providers who need them to deliver the service. Contact us for the retention period applicable to your file.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, information about use, withdrawal of consent and deletion where permitted. Write to info@creationwizard.net with your request, without attaching identity documents to your initial message. We may verify your identity appropriately. For records held by a business, include its name to help us direct the request. You may also complain to the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
